Important!

If your property taxes are in an escrow account, your property tax information is made available to your mortgage company; however, it is ultimately the property owner's responsibility to ensure taxes are paid. If you have questions about whether your mortgage company will be paying your taxes, contact them directly, especially if your mortgage company has recently changed.

  • Solid waste fees are billed a year in advance. The amount charged on your 2017 bill is for service in 2018. If you have questions, email GCSolidWaste@gwinnettcounty.com.
  • The stormwater utility provides support for major stormwater activities such as replacing stormwater pipes, reducing flooding, fulfilling regulatory requirements and reducing pollution carried by stormwater to our waterways. This service fee is based on the amount of impervious surface areas such as roofs, driveways, patios, etc., on the property.  This fee was implemented by the Gwinnett Board of Commissioners in 2006.
