Gwinnett County Tax Commissioner Denise R. Mitchell, MPA, is a constitutional officer elected to bill, collect and disburse personal and property taxes and to administer homestead exemptions. Serving also as an agent for the state of Georgia, the tax commissioner registers and titles motor vehicles and disburses associated revenue.

All tax sales take place in front of the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville 30046 at 10am. Click here for more information.

Tax sale prospective bidders and purchasers, please read. Registration can be expedited by completing the Bidder Registration Form in advance and submitting in person to the tax commissioner’s office.
