Offices process transactions 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Click here for our new procedure (Spanish). We suggest visiting on odd or even days to match your birthday. Due to high customer volumes, lines are managed at the local level and customers will be advised of wait times. Consider utilizing online, kiosk or drop box services.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and ask for your patience as we process transactions deferred by the pandemic. Registrations that expire March 16 to June 14 are extended to June 15.

2019 property tax bills were due October 15

If your payment is late, the following interest and penalty is added to the balance owed:

- 0.65% interest is added each month that a balance remains.

- A 5% penalty is added on the remaining balance after 120 days, then an additional 5% on the remaining balance after every 120 days, not to exceed 20%.

Important Note! We do not send tax bills to mortgage companies.  If your property taxes are in an escrow account, your property tax information is made available to your mortgage company; however, it is ultimately the property owner's responsibility to ensure taxes are paid.  If you have questions about whether your mortgage company will be paying your taxes, contact them directly, especially if your mortgage company has recently changed.

Other important dates:

  • Homestead Exemption application deadline: April 1
  • Mobile Home taxes due date: April 1
