IT Liaison

The primary responsibilities of this position are to perform professional-level work in coordinating technology needs with programmatic or departmental needs. Incumbents must have a good working knowledge of both computer systems and the department or program served. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing implementation of automation solutions to reduce costs
  • Coordinating contractual requirements
  • Administering reporting processes
  • Translating user requests into selection queries
  • Writing programs
  • Serving as a liaison with the Information Technology Division and assigned area of responsibility regarding programming requests, system troubleshooting, and/or other related technology issues
  • Conducting research, analysis, and documentation of system topics, operating procedures, and complementing systems
  • Developing and implementing procedural changes for information technology systems
  • Developing training materials and training departmental staff
  • Performing other duties of a similar nature or level

Tax Services Assistant Manager

The Tax Services Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations and management of an assigned business unit. Duties include supervising staff, conducting performance appraisals, overseeing staff training, preparing various reports, assisting in establishing goals and objectives for the department, and completing assigned projects.
This position is responsible for the collection and processing of property tax and motor vehicle taxes, fees and penalties in compliance with mandated requirements and established procedures. The ability to handle complex and unique situations is required.

Tax Services Associate I

The Tax Services Associate is responsible for providing assistance to customers in person and/or over the phone regarding tax/tag issues. Duties include: reviewing various documents and making necessary changes, collecting payments from customers and keeping daily records of receivables, maintaining various records and files related to the tax/tag department, preparing various correspondence and reports for the department or external customers, maintaining inventory of supplies and performing other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned.

The position is responsible for the collection and processing of property tax and motor vehicle taxes, fees, and penalties in compliance with mandated requirements and established procedures.
