We take the hiring process very seriously to ensure that we are able to continue toward our vision of Distinction in Government and Exemplary Service. We are an office of individuals that take great pride in providing a level and quality of service that often takes our customers by surprise.

The Tax Commissioner's Office is directly responsible to the citizens of Gwinnett County and not to any other government or taxing entity. We therefore are uniquely enabled to act as taxpayer advocates, a role that I take very seriously as a part of the service this office provides, and is something that is inherent in everything that we do. We constantly strive to find positive solutions to customer needs and issues, while at the same time, remaining within the constraints of the law; a challenging task, but rewarding.
